I think this is a nice property..except sometimes it takes longer than usual to get a maintenance request in and for someone to actually follow up. And the turn around rate for management is not good either. I have been here 4 years and have had 5 managers so at least once a year there is a different manager. But it has alot of good amenities as far as washer and dryer and swimming pool plus a gym. I wish they had a playground for my girls.
